2. The discharge needle of the ion static eliminator with strong electric field ionization is the most susceptible to aging and damage. Regular cleaning and maintenance can ensure the effectiveness of the equipment.
3. Static electricity elimination speed: Consider the index - dissipation speed, generally use CPM to measure the dissipation speed of 1000V-100V;
4. Ion balance: Ion imbalance will cause objects in the action area to be damaged, so it must be controlled. Ion imbalance only occurs in ionization devices with corona ionization;
5. Other considerations: Different types of ionization devices are suitable for different objects.
