1. Power supply and air source requirements
①The power supply must have a ground wire and ensure that it is fully grounded. The transformer must be well grounded. Before each use, check whether the ground wire knob is tightened.
②The gas source used must be effectively filtered. Sometimes a secondary filter device is required. The filter should be cleaned in time. Otherwise: water, oil and dust/dust particles will enter the ion generation chamber and adhere to the inner wall of the plastic part. When accumulated to a certain extent, the ion needle will ignite it. As a result, the plastic parts gradually form honeycomb-like scorch damage, and the ion removal amount gradually decreases; in particular, safety hazards are generated.
③ Use the power supply produced by our company, and never buy fakes.
2. Adjustment of anti-static effect
① Anti-static effect Anti-static time is inversely proportional to air pressure. Air pressure should be 0.3Mpa-0.7Mpa.
②The distance and angle between the gun head, the nozzle head and the electrostatic field will affect the effect of electrostatics, so you should pay attention to debugging until you are satisfied.
3. Daily maintenance
①The air gun/nozzle head is easy to break. Pay attention to prevent collision when using the air gun, and pay attention to prevent falling after use. Even if the air nozzle is fixed, pay attention to prevent collision with objects.
②Appropriately add universal anti-rust lubricant to the air pressure regulating valve of the air gun.
③ When cleaning the ion needle and ion needle chamber of the air gun nozzle, use anhydrous alcohol instead of thinner. When cleaning, first turn off the power, then use a cam to unscrew the small plastic cover (also called air accelerator) in front of the air gun nozzle head, and use a cotton swab dipped in anhydrous alcohol to clean the ion needle and the inner cavity of the ion needle chamber to clean the stains and dirt inside.
④ It is best to add a foot switch to the air supply of the air gun nozzle, or to control it through the linkage of the solenoid valve and mechanical action, which can not only improve the use effect, but also extend the service life.

5. Notice
①Ion air guns and air nozzles are precise and sensitive static elimination products. The conditions of use must be met!
② Failures, damages and other consequences caused by using the product under ungrounded power supply, unclean air source, or careless use are not covered by our warranty and liability.
Second, most of the air gun nozzles returned for repair were from 2005. Since the high-voltage wire is easily aged under the action of high electric fields for a long time, it is time to replace it. Our company has long launched the new SL-004D air gun, which is durable, resistant to disassembly, safer and more reliable.
Third, high-voltage power supply detection, use a high-voltage meter to detect. A simple test is to detect whether there is a high-voltage output by arcing at the high-voltage output end. As for its performance, it is necessary to use a high-voltage voltage test. At the same time, bring 500P.1000P.1500P capacitors respectively, and observe the change of their output voltage. The smaller the voltage change, the better.
