At present, there are many ways to eliminate static electricity in wristband monitors, such as electrostatic dust removal, electrostatic spraying, electrostatic flocking, electrostatic copying, etc.
1. Electrostatic dust removal
(1) The principle of electrostatic dust collector.
(2) Basic structure: metal tube A and metal wire B in the tube, A is connected to the positive pole of the high-voltage power supply, and B is connected to the negative pole of the high-voltage power supply.
(3) Principle: A strong electric field is generated between A and B. The closer to B, the greater the field strength. The gas molecules in the air near B are ionized and become electrons and positive ions. The positive ions are adsorbed onto B, and the electrons are obtained and become molecules again. In the process of electrons moving toward the positive electrode, the coal powder in the flue gas is negatively charged, adsorbed onto the positive electrode A, and finally falls into the funnel below under the action of gravity.
(4) Application: Remove harmful particles and recycle materials.
2. Electrostatic spraying and electrostatic flocking
Try to charge the working material. The charged working material moves toward the workpiece as the electrode under the action of the electric field to complete electrostatic spraying and electrostatic flocking.
3. Electrostatic copying
(1) Electrostatic copying machine: Its core component is a rotating grounded aluminum cylinder with a layer of semiconductor selenium on the surface, called a toner. Semiconductor selenium has special optical properties: it is a good insulator when there is no light and can retain charge; it immediately becomes a conductor when exposed to light and conducts away the charge it carries.
(2) The process of electrostatic copying: it has to go through several steps such as charging, exposure, development, and transfer. These steps are completed in sequence during the rotation of the toner.
