The YSE-F105 ion blower ionizes the air to produce an air flow rich in positive and negative ions. Directly blow the ion air flow onto an object with static charge to neutralize the static electricity. If the object has a positive static charge, it will attract the negative ions in the ion air flow. If the object has a negative static charge, it will attract the positive ions in the ion air flow. Then the two opposite polarity charges are neutralized.
The YSE-F105 ion blower uses a centrifugal cross-flow blower, and the air flow passes through the air guide plate equipped with heating and ionization components to produce a gentle ionized air flow. The low-power heater can be turned on whenever necessary to make the operator feel comfortable. The ionization component uses a high-voltage transformer to generate high-voltage alternating current, which is processed by safety current limiting to ensure safe use and stable ionization. High voltage electricity is applied to the ionization needle tip to generate an alternating ionization field, generating an alternating ion flow at the needle tip inside the air guide plate. The air flow blown out by the cross-flow blower can cover a large area of static elimination. To ensure the normal operation of the ion blower, the high-voltage ionization indicator light will light up when the high voltage is working normally. There is an ion balance circuit inside the high-voltage transformer to balance the output of positive and negative ions. The YSE-F105 ion blower has a simple ion needle tip cleaning brush at the air outlet of the air guide plate. Slide the cleaning brush left and right to quickly and conveniently clean the ion needle tip to keep the ion blower working in the best condition.
