OTS-LOM online loop tester can monitor the connection status of the equipment ground wire in real time. It will sound and light alarm when the equipment ground loop fails or the equipment shell has induced voltage due to poor grounding. The product is small in size, light in weight, intelligent in monitoring, and easy to use. It can accurately monitor the connection status of the equipment ground wire loop, thereby ensuring the system grounding requirements of the anti-static (personal) work area.

Product Usage:
Clip the "monitor ground wire" on the OTS-LOM host to the device ground wire, and connect the "device monitor" to the device to be monitored. After the host is powered on, turn the power switch to ON.
1. If the induced voltage of the device to be detected is higher than the monitor setting value (factory setting is 10V), the monitor will light up red and emit a continuous beep and automatically enter the protection state until the induced voltage disappears 15-60 seconds later before resuming work. (The time it takes for the monitor to resume working depends on the strength of the induced voltage and the sensitivity setting of the monitor)
2. If there is no induced voltage in the device to be detected or the induced voltage is lower than the alarm setting value, the monitor will detect the loop resistance between the device and the ground wire. If the loop resistance is within the set range (the factory setting value is 1KΩ), the monitor will light up green and the buzzer will not alarm. If the loop resistance exceeds the set range (the factory setting value is 1KΩ), the monitor will light up red and emit a continuous buzzer.
Performance Description
1. Real-time monitoring of the operator's wearing of the anti-static wrist strap and the ground connection of the ground wire, and automatic alarm immediately in case of abnormal conditions.
2. Easy to use, can correctly determine the contact between the ground wire on the ground and the ground wire on the workbench.
3. According to design needs, it can be generally set to 1.068-2.0MΩ (±5%), in line with international standards, and monitoring parameters can also be set freely.
4. Microcomputer chip control, no debugging, plug and play.
5. Good reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
6. High sensitivity. When the electrostatic discharge path fails for ≥0.1 seconds, the monitor will alarm.
