ESD Internet of Things Management System--Function:
1. The functions of the ESD workshop system are mainly divided into factory configuration diagram, equipment management, alarm light management, production line management, data analysis, data push and other functions.
2. Factory Configuration Diagram: It is a general board that presents the distribution of factory monitoring equipment, thermometers and hygrometers, ion fans and other equipment and the situation of the workshop line. The general board can be freely dragged and scaled, and supports batch addition of nodes of type (graphics, text, equipment, etc.).
In addition to the above functions, the interface also presents alarm curve diagrams, equipment quantity statistics, current alarm equipment tables and other functions.
3. Production line management: The main function is to (enter/edit) production line information. By establishing a binding relationship between equipment and production lines, it is possible to import production line information in batches by department, and provide a convenient query of related equipment history records through production lines. 4. Equipment management, alarm light management: The main function is to manage monitor equipment information. If the monitor and computer are in communication status, the device information can be read through the computer terminal, and batch distribution function is provided. (Device types currently support four-channel/dual-channel monitors, thermometers and hygrometers, and ion fans) Data analysis: The main function is to query the monitor's history records, and support querying with device ID, employee name, type, department, and date as conditions. It also supports exporting history records through Excel.
