Static eliminators are divided into network ion blower, static eliminator air gun/nozzle, static eliminator rod (with/without air). However, the principles and methods of maintenance are similar, mainly manifested in the pollution and aging of the ion generating components.
1. Fan maintenance:
For fan maintenance, first of all, the fan should be used as far away from damp and dusty places as possible. In addition, use a power socket with a grounding wire and keep it well grounded. Unless the fan must be used in a harsh environment, please increase the frequency of inspection and maintenance to ensure that the fan is in normal working condition. After using the fan for a period of time, it is necessary to inspect and remove the dust on the ion generating needle holder. Some stubborn dust cannot be removed by using a compressor and a brush. It is necessary to use alcohol to clean it, or even wipe it with fine sandpaper to keep the ion generating needle tip and the grounding copper sheet bright and clean. This operation often needs to be turned on. Please note that there is high voltage in the machine. Be sure to turn off the power and unplug it before proceeding. Common faults of the fan: poor grounding, foreign matter entering, serious dust accumulation, speed regulation failure, fan does not rotate, cannot remove electricity, and balance is out of tolerance.
