Debugging and testing of wrist strap monitors
1. Place the wrist strap monitor to be repaired on the maintenance table, and prepare a small flat-blade or cross-shaped screwdriver and a corded wrist strap.
2. Ground the wrist strap monitor and plug in the power supply. Then plug in the wrist strap and confirm the abnormal wrist strap monitoring point again.
3. Put the small screwdriver into the small hole on the front of the device corresponding to the abnormal wrist strap monitoring point. Fine-tune the internal potentiometer counterclockwise or clockwise. When the red light stops flashing, the buzzer stops alarming, and the green light comes on, the adjustment is complete. The monitor can be used normally.
Wrist strap monitor detection:
1. Use the AAC SALM1800 monitor calibrator produced by Yongsheng Technology to detect the wrist strap alarm.
2. Use the wrist strap directly to verify the actual use of the product:
The wrist strap is not worn properly, and the alarm needs to realize sound and light alarm.
The equipment grounding is not working properly, and the alarm needs to realize sound and light alarm.
The wrist strap and grounding are properly worn, and the alarm lights up green.
After unplugging the wrist strap, the alarm is always in the sound and light alarm state, and the power supply needs to be manually turned off to stop working (manual switch monitor).
After unplugging the wrist strap, the alarm is immediately in standby (automatic switch monitor).
