Wrist Strap Grounding Real-time Monitor can continuously monitor the working status of the wrist strap grounding system of one or two operators online, automatically sound and light alarm, prompt the operator to check the bad grounding system and components, and eliminate the need for expensive and complicated monitoring wrist strap record keeping. At the same time, it has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple use, strong real-time performance, and intelligent monitoring. It ensures the normal use of the wrist strap grounding system in the anti-static (personal) work area and can intelligently determine whether the wrist strap is being monitored.
During the use of the wrist strap alarm, when the operator's wrist strap works abnormally (wrist strap quality problems, incorrect wrist strap, abnormal grounding system, etc.), the monitor will sound and light alarm (red LED flashes, buzzer sounds continuously). At this time, the operator should immediately stop the wrist strap and troubleshoot the wrist strap failure according to the process:
a. Check whether the anti-static wrist strap worn by the operator is worn correctly.
b. Check whether the grounding condition of the grounding wire on the monitor is normal.
b. When both a/b items are normal, but the alarm still sounds, please use a multimeter to test the system resistance of the wrist strap.
d. When items a/b/c are normal, but the alarm still sounds, please debug the product according to the debugging process provided by the manufacturer/please return the product to the factory for debugging or repair.
